Martin Streng
General Manager
With more than 30 years of experience in the medical device industry, Martin Streng combines technical expertise with an entrepreneurial and international perspective.
As General Manager of Meditec Source, he focuses on reliable solutions, strong customer relationships and long-term partnerships. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of surgical instruments, product development and quality enable him to turn individual customer requirements into successful solutions.
Outside of work, Martin enjoys Alpine hiking and cycling, combining his passion for the mountains with an active lifestyle.

Edith Streng
Head of Finance & HR
Edith Streng joined Meditec Source in 2012 and is now responsible for finance and human resources. With years of experience at leading medical technology companies and her specialised knowledge of surgical instruments and anatomy, she is able to make a valuable interdisciplinary contribution to Meditec Source.
Besides her work, she enjoys playing the saxophone and scuba diving in her free time.
Elmaze Ramadani
Quality Inspector
With more than 10 years of experience at Meditec Source, Elmaze Ramadani is a highly experienced and trusted member of our quality team.
Her strong attention to detail and deep understanding of our products and processes play an important role in ensuring the consistently high quality of our surgical instruments.
Working closely with production and our customers, Elmaze is committed to precision, reliability and the highest standards of quality – every day.

Rhiannon Lassiter
Head of Marketing and Communications
(Kaleidex Group)
Rhiannon is a holistic marcomms (marketing and communications) strategic manager. She delivers a range of public-facing functions including digital and social presence, conferences and other events, public relations and press, printed material production and customer relationship management messaging.
As Head of MarComms for Kaleidex Group, Rhiannon strategically leads the marketing function for Kirkstall Precision and the other business units that are part of the wider group.
Outside work, she writes science fiction and fantasy novels for young adults and teaches a dance fitness class.
